How long does it take to ship an NZXT BLD custom PC?
Standard custom PC orders are typically assembled and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
What is covered under the NZXT warranty?
Most NZXT components come with a 2 to 10-year warranty depending on the product type. Our custom BLD systems include a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts and labor.
Can I return my product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Please check our shipping page for a full list of supported countries and local distributors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
How do I track my order status?
