At NZXT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming hardware and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to be eligible for a full refund.
Request an RMA
Log into your NZXT account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as our team inspects your return and processes your refund within 7-10 business days.
